OncologyEducation Customer Experience Survey Contest

The Contest begins Tuesday, April 2 at 12:01 AM ET and ends April 30 at 11:59 PM ET. To be eligible, you must be at the time of entry: 

(a) nineteen (19) years of age or older,
(ii) an existing member (non-industry member) of OncologyEducation as of April 1, 2024; and
(iii) a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), and complete the OncologyEducation Customer Experience survey. 

Entrants must fully complete the OncologyEducation survey, at which point entrants who provide their personal information will be entered into the Contest. 

Entrants will receive one entry for every survey they complete during the Contest period. 

Fifteen (15) winners will be selected at random on May 14, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Contest period. 

Winners will be contacted via email by a representative of OncologyEducation following the draw. 

Each winner is eligible to win one (1) CAD$100 Amazon gift card. 

For greater certainty, each Entrant is only able to win one (1) $100 Amazon gift card, regardless of the number of entries they have submitted. 

Before being declared a confirmed winner, each selected winner must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online. 

Prizes will be emailed after the winner replies and correctly answers the skill testing question. 

Any other costs or expenses associated with the prizes will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

The gift card shall be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. 

The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will OncologyEducation replace any lost or stolen prizes.

OncologyEducation reserves the right to substitute all or any portion of the prizes with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value. 

Winners must be a natural person and cannot be a business, organization, or a non-living entity. 

By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of OncologyEducation, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. 

This Contest is not available to participants outside of Canada or to residents of Quebec, or where prohibited by law.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Excluded from eligibility in this Contest are the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of OncologyEducation and its affiliates.
