Dr. Jason Agulnik attended McGill medical school and completed his internal medicine residency at JGH. He then completed his pulmonary fellowship at McGill, followed by interventional pulmonology fellowship at University of Montreal and a thoracic oncology fellowship at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Agulnik is an Associate Professor of medicine in the departments of Internal Medicine and oncology at McGill University. He is also the Associate chief of the pulmonary division, and the co-director of the Peter Brojde Lung Cancer Centre at the JGH. He is the Co-Lead of the Lung Tumour Group at the Rossy Cancer Network. Dr. Agulnik has over 30 published articles in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Normand Blais graduated from Sherbrooke University in 1990 (MD). Residency at Sherbrooke and Montreal University – Internal med, Hematology and Medical Oncology Sabbatical at McMaster University (MSc) in 2005. His interests in lung cancer are clinical trials and correlative science. Clinical research expertise in lung and bladder cancer. Clinical and research interests in Cancer associated thrombosis. He is the co-founder of the Groupe d’Études en Oncologie du Québec (www.geoq.com) and the chair of the thoracic oncology program of the CHUM Cancer center in Montreal.
